Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 100-day (extended) right of withdrawal when shopping at Oversized Lifting Club.

The withdrawal period expires 100 days after the day you receive your item or take physical possession of the last item in cases where multiple items were ordered in a single order but delivered separately.

You must notify us within 100 days of receiving the item if you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Notification must be given via email, and in your message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot withdraw from your purchase simply by refusing to accept the item without also clearly notifying us.
You are responsible for covering the direct costs associated with returning the item. The risk of the item remains with you from the time of delivery.
Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s own expense. Oversized Lifting Club recommends returning products using track and trace to ensure they can be traced until delivery.

The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the item's nature, characteristics, and function. This means the item must still be in its original packaging and have all tags attached. You may try the item on in the same way as you would in a physical store.

If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that, upon withdrawal, you may receive only a partial refund or none at all. Oversized Lifting Club determines the condition of the item.

IMPORTANT: Returns must be sent ONLY to Oversized Lifting Club’s warehouse address at West Logistics, Michael Drewsens Vej 7, 8270 Højbjerg. If the package is sent to a parcel shop or another address, your return cannot be processed, and you will not receive a refund.

For exchanges, new items will be sent only after we have received and processed the return package. Return packages are typically handled within 3 business days after receipt.

Special Cases:
During promotions such as 3 for 2 or offers that include a free product or gift card with a minimum purchase, special return conditions apply.

• If you request a refund for a purchase made under a 3 for 2 promotion, you will not receive a full refund. The discount percentage applied to your total order will be deducted from the refund.
• If you received a free product or gift card as part of an offer, you must either return it or pay for it if the conditions of the promotion are no longer met after your return.
• If you choose to return an item in exchange for a gift card with an additional 10% of the return value and later decide to receive a refund instead, you will only receive the original refund amount without the extra 10%. Additionally, a 39 DKK return shipping fee will be deducted, as per standard refund policy.

Warranty Claims

You have a 2-year warranty on all products under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, material faults, and other issues present at the time of delivery.

Defects and faults must be reported to Oversized Lifting Club within a reasonable time after discovering the issue, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs related to warranty claims.

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper or abnormal use.

Oversized Lifting Club will cover return shipping costs in reasonable cases.

Before returning an item for a warranty claim, please contact us. Warranty claims sent as cash on delivery (COD) will not be accepted.

Delivery

During high-demand promotions like Black Friday, delivery times may be delayed. Expected delivery time during campaigns is 2-5 business days.

Under normal conditions, the expected delivery time is 1-3 business days. While this is not 100% guaranteed, in most cases, delivery will be on time. Oversized Lifting Club ships orders via GLS.

Payment

Payment is only deducted from your account when the item(s) are shipped.

Purchases can only be made while the web store is open and accessible. To shop on www.oversizedliftingclub.com, you must use a valid payment card accepted by us or MobilePay. You are responsible for providing the correct information when placing an order.

You can modify the contents of your cart at any time before finalizing the order. Prices and product details can be reviewed before checkout.

Additional costs, such as shipping fees, will be calculated just before payment.

When ready to order, click "Go to cart", enter your personal information (name, address, email, phone number), select your preferred shipping method, and input your payment details.

The purchase is confirmed by clicking "Payment". After this, your order is approved, and you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
